Cocktail Brown Pear

For the recipe you will need: 
- Milk - 100 ml 
- Cream (fat) - 1 tablespoon 
- Pear (ripe) - 1 / 2 pcs. 
- Sugar - 1 tsp 
- Vanilla sugar - 1 / 2 tsp 
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp 
- Cinnamon - 1 / 2 tsp 
- Ice - on request 
- Chocolate syrup for decoration. 
 

Mix all ingredients in blender. Serve in a round wine or brandy glass, previously adorned the walls of glass stains thick chocolate syrup.
