Birch drink


I suggest you try the recipe for another grandmother drink: a birch drink - a simple and reliable way to preserve vitamins and prepare for winter. Prepared quickly and easily if birch juice prepared beforehand. 

Give it a boil and add the following ingredients: 

1. mandarin wedges 

2. slices of lemon (remove any peel) 

3. sugar 

4. citric acid (1 / 2 teaspoon per 10 liters of juice) 

5. hips 

6. raisins 


We can add candy "barberry" or "duchess" - they add flavor. And my grandmother puts a sprig of balm - an unforgettable aroma. All this should boil and immediately poured into the banks and rolling. Good health to all!
