Ginger Tea

A wonderful taste and a lot of vitamins will give you ginger iced tea "lomi-lomi", which also can be drunk and hot. 
Cook faster, so if you are expecting guests, and the refrigerator has a root ginger - Diversify your coffee-tea, so drink. 
2 limes (you can just lemons) 
1 root ginger 7-10 cm 
3 tbsp honey 
1.5 liters of water 

Clean the ginger and slice it across the grain, squeeze lime juice, zest save. Boil water, put all the ingredients and stir well, let it brew for 20 minutes and strain. First drink will be slightly cloudy, give it a little left standing. Drink to your health!
