Sbiten with peppermint and chamomile


Ingredients:
- Water - 2 cups
- Honey - 1st. spoon
- Dried mint and chamomile pharmacy - 0.5 st. spoon
Preparation:
Sbiten is prepared without boiling honey. Mint and chamomile pour boiling water and infused for 1 hour. Honey is added directly before you serve.
You can store the broth with herbs and reheat it just before use to 70-80 degrees. Then add honey. Sbiten drunk hot.
