Vitamin drink - Milk shake with fresh herbs


Product For: 1 bunch green chervil, 1 bunch leaf parsley, 1 sprig fresh tarragon, 1 tbsp. tablespoon lemon juice 1 / 2 teaspoon of liquid honey, 0,1 l of chilled carrot juice, 0,125 l chilled buttermilk, salt, white pepper, freshly ground, 1 / 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 3 cup carrots for decoration.
Preparation: Wash and dry greens. A few sprigs of chervil to postpone for decoration. Leaves the remaining chervil and parsley and tarragon finely chop and place in blender.
