Special Candied milkshake


Product for:
2 1 / 4 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
3 / 4 cup low-fat milk (or soy milk)
1 / 2 cup dates (chopped)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (can not)
5 ice cubes
Preparation:
The low-fat vanilla yogurt, low fat milk, dates , and vanilla extract all into the blender, to pay to play until the dates so far been hit very finely. Then pour the ice, once put an ice cube, pay to play until the ice is very finely and dissolve.
