Cocktail Pear Ice - Syrup


Ice is associated not with the penguins, and a cocktail. And you? 
Product for:  
30 ml Cachaca
30 ml gin
15 ml pear syrup
7 ml of lemon juice
45 ml apple juice
4-5 leaves basil
Champagne
Sliced Pears 
Preparation :  
To prepare the pear syrup 1 pear wash, peel and seeds, mix 1:1 with water and sugar, put on fire and cook until until sugar dissolves. Cool. Syrup is ready.
To prepare the cocktail, mix all ingredients except champagne in a shaker. Pour into a glass filled with crushed ice. top top off with champagne. Mix well. Garnish with pear and basil.
