Very elegant autumn cocktail that combines the flavors of vanilla and two flavors of the season - pumpkin and cranberries. All this with the addition of egg white makes a cocktail with cream, light and tasty.
Product for:
45 ml vodka, flavored with vanilla (for example, Sobieski Vanilia Vodka)
5 cranberries
pinch of dried gourd or little pumpkin puree
15 ml lemon juice
20 ml sugar syrup
1 egg white
Preparation:
Crush berries, pumpkins, corn syrup and lemon juice, then add the remaining ingredients and shake without ice, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with cranberries.
