1 cup pineapple juice (preferably fresh)
1.5 Art. l. sugar
2 / 3 cup soda water
Preparation:
Wash strawberries, remove stem and place in bowl, add sugar. Let it brew or heat. Transfer to a blender, add pineapple juice, and mix until smooth. Rub it through a sieve to remove seeds of strawberries. Get fruit puree.
To prepare the cocktail into the glass to put a few spoonfuls of mashed potatoes, the amount determined as desired, pour soda on top. Decorate and serve.
