For horse lovers: "Belmont Breeze"

Some Dale Degroff in 1998 created a cocktail for official receptions at the races in Belmonte, drink quickly became popular among fans of horse racing. And if there was no horse named Breeze, who won? 
40 ml bourbon (Maker's Mark)
20 ml sherry (Harveys Bristol Cream)
20 ml fresh lemon juice
20 ml sugar syrup
40 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice
40 ml of cranberry juice
30 ml of Seven-Up
30 ml of soda
mint, strawberry, lemon for decoration

All the ingredients with ice, mix in a shaker. Decorate with fresh strawberries, a sprig of mint or a slice of lemon.

Singapore Sling

In the early 1900's, Ngiam Tong Boon from the hotel Raffles Hotel in Singapore for the first time mixing this cocktail. Slings previously diluted with cold water, because they will contain a sugar syrup, sugar or sweet liqueur, and in its pure form are sugary-sweet, now they just make a lot of ice and poured into a glass with ice. Cocktail Coat Dog

160 ml gin Bulldog
15 ml fresh lemon juice
2-3 Dash Tabasco sauce
piece of chili pepper

Fill the shaker with ice, pour gin and there Tabasco, actively shake, pour into a glass, garnish with peppers.

Recipe for Spiced apple cider

This apple cider is a group of hot drink and is best suited for the dank autumn. Nevertheless, it's great to drink in every season, under the appropriate mood. If you feel sad, that this bright sunny orange drink that will return the thirst for life. 
4 cups apple cider 
1 cup orange juice 
1 cup rum 
cinnamon sticks 
apple 
orange 
star nails 

In a pan pour the apple cider, then add orange juice, heat at low temperature. Cut the apple and orange into thin slices. Pierce each cloves, let down all in a saucepan. Add the same place two sticks of cinnamon. Heat about 20 minutes. If you want a soft drink, the cooking is finished. 

For an alcoholic version pour into a saucepan a cup of rum, mix well.

B-52. Take off?


This cocktail is a prominent representative of cocktails with layers and cocktails with Kindling . In preparation it is one difficulty. Three of liquor should be poured so that they are not mixed. 
1 part coffee liqueur (eg Kahlua) 
1 part cream liqueur (eg, Baylis) 
1 part orange liqueur (such as Cointreau) 

Pour the liqueur, one after another in a glass-shot. 

If you pour liquor without mixing does not work, do not worry. There is a variation of this cocktail with mixing and adding ice. The result also not bad.

Virgin Mary


Specially for fans of the nonalcoholic - "Virgin Mary", a variation without vodka cocktail or tequila. 
90 ml of tomato juice 
15 ml lemon juice 
Dash Worcestershire sauce 
salt 
pepper 
burning a little pepper or Tabasco sauce 

Ice and all liquid ingredients to put in a Highball, mix, add spices to taste.

Bloody Mary

There is another version of "Bloody Mary” (Bloody Maria), on the basis of tequila instead of vodka. 
60 ml tequila
1 teaspoon horseradish
3 Dash of Tabasco
3 Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 dash lemon juice
Salt and pepper
tomtny juice
If you wish, add 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 1 sherry dash or 30 ml of brine from the mollusks (clam juice)

In Highball Put ice, pour all liquid ingredients. Top pour tomato juice. Stir through transfusions from one cup to another.
