Ingredients:
Milk 250 ml
Sugar to taste
Almonds 8-10
Pistachio 1/2 cup
Green cardamom 3-4
How to make:
Steep tukh malanga in water for 5-10 minutes.
Steep almonds in water, boil it then let it cool & skin
it.
Mix milk,sugar,cardamom and pistachew. In a mixer.
Add Tukh malanga and
ice cubes blend again.
Pour drink into a glass.
Before serve sprinkle flaked pistachew over it.
