Special shorbot for raw mangoes



This recipe is not really for extracting mango juice, but for a drink that is made by cooking raw mangoes.Place it in the fridge and you can have it throughout a hot summer's day.

Ingredients:

    Raw mangoes 4

    Water 2 glass

    Sugar to taste

    Black salt pinch

    Lemon 2,3

    Ice cubes as required

    Mint leaves for trimmings

Cooking instructions:

1.      Peel the mangoes.
2.      Boil the whole mango into 5-6 glass of water.
3.      It should be well cooked, soft to make a pulp.
4.      Once its cool remove the seeds and mash the mango well to make a pulp.
5.      Then blend it in a blender well.
6.      In a pan, pour mango mixture,water and add sugar if still necessary to be added as per taste and cook until they form a bit thick.
7.      Wait for cooling then add lemon juice and black salt.
8.      Pour drink into a glass put ice cubes.
9.      When serving, garnish with mint leaves.
