100 g white chocolate
50 g dark chocolate
3 cup. milk (3,5%)
125 g cream (33%)
10 g vanilla sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon.
Preparation:
Dark chocolate melted in a water bath. Glasses decorate with chocolate decorations. Milk heat, melt white chocolate in it, mix well, fill cups and cool. Whip cream with sugar in a sturdy foam with the mixer. Each serving cocktails to decorate with whipped cream and ground cinnamon.
