Cocktail "Fruit wind"


Product for :
1 nectarine
2 tablespoons almond cream
100 ml fresh grapefruit juice and orange
100 ml pear nectar
coconut
Preparation: 
Nectarine Wash, remove the seeds, peel, crushed into a puree with the blender. Mix with almond cream and juice; beat with mixer until thick foam. The resulting cocktail pour into glasses, sprinkle with coconut.
