A drink the Morning

Products for: 600 ml carrot juice, 400 ml of apple juice, 100 grams of sugar.

Preparation: To prepare the drink in the morning, carrot juice, add sugar, stir it until dissolved, then add apple juice. The mixed drink pour into glasses and serve.

Cocktail "Fruit wind"

Product for :

1 nectarine

2 tablespoons almond cream

100 ml fresh grapefruit juice and orange

100 ml pear nectar

Preparation: 

Nectarine Wash, remove the seeds, peel, crushed into a puree with the blender. Mix with almond cream and juice; beat with mixer until thick foam. The resulting cocktail pour into glasses, sprinkle with coconut.

Cocktail with chocolate Soft Drink

Product for :

100 g white chocolate

50 g dark chocolate

3 cup. milk (3,5%)

125 g cream (33%)

10 g vanilla sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon.

Preparation:

Dark chocolate melted in a water bath. Glasses decorate with chocolate decorations. Milk heat, melt white chocolate in it, mix well, fill cups and cool. Whip cream with sugar in a sturdy foam with the mixer. Each serving cocktails to decorate with whipped cream and ground cinnamon.

New year special : Cocktail "Sunny"

Product for : 3 limes, 6 large oranges, 0.5 liter natural pineapple juice, 4 tbsp grenadine, ice cubes.

Preparation:

3 limes

6 large oranges

0,5 l natural pineapple juice

4 tablespoons grenadine

ice cubes

Lime wash and cut several circles for decoration. Of the remaining fruit to squeeze out the juice, mix it with pineapple juice. The resulting cocktail pour by the glass, add ice, grenadine, lime slices. Serve with a straw.
