Apple cider kvass


Ingredients: 1 kg Antonov apples, 100 g sugar 200 g honey, 30 g yeast, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 4 l vodyNarezannye apples into thin slices folded into an enamel saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to boil.  After removing the pan from the heat and allow to infuse the apples 2-3 h. The broth strain through cheesecloth, add sugar, honey, yeast, cinnamon, and covering a cloth and leave in a warm place for fermentation.  After 2-3 days kvass again strain and pour into bottles.
Bottle cork tightly and refrigerate.  Day 3-4 kvass is ready.
