Cocktail of strawberry with cream


Ingredients: 750 ml milk, 200 g of frozen strawberry puree, 100g sugar, 150 ml 15% cream, 4 tablespoons of crushed ice.
Preparation: To prepare the cocktail strawberry and cream cool the milk, pour into a glass blender, add some defrosted strawberry puree, sugar, cream and ice, combine all of 40 seconds. Pour drink into a tall glass and serve.
