Ingredients:
Equal part dark Irish beer
Equal share of dark cider
Shot of blackcurrant syrup
Fill a mug of beer and cider, leaving space to the top somewhere in the 1 / 3 inches. Add syrup and mix well.
Blackcurrant syrup: In sauceboat put one cup of sugar and two cups of black currant, bring to a boil. Let boil for 20 minutes. Cool, move to another dish and add 30 ml of vodka.
