45 ml bourbon
2 drops of bitters
2 tsp. Demerara sugar
slice of orange (1/4-1/8 optional)
1 cherry
a little soda water
Preparation:
Mash orange juice (with rind), cherries and sugar, bitters and bourbon splash, interfere to the point as to dissolve the sugar. Add a little soda water and garnish with a slice of orange.
