Thinly sliced apples are folded into an enamel saucepan, cover with cold water and bring to a boil. After removing the pan from the heat, give apples to steep 2-3 hours strain broth through cheesecloth, add sugar, honey, yeast, cinnamon and covered with a cloth and leave in a warm place for fermentation. 2-3 days kvass back strain and pour into bottles.
Bottles tightly and refrigerate. Day 3-4 kvass ready.
